Franchise Content and Order Management System
A business tool for Costa franchisees, keeping them up to date with franchise news, digital marketing assets, operations manuals and other documents.
Arc was responsible for development management and provided development resources and outsource management for various stages of this project.
The system includes online CMS for creating, updating and distributing franchise and product manuals online, as well as advanced search features, such as text high-lighting and full-text search. Digital assets for official marketing materials are also stored and distributed world-wide to franchise partners vie the resource centre.
Product and Franchise news can be published to the front page and email campaigns can be managed and distributed via a custom component of the system, whereby franchisees can notified by email of new products.
The system also includes an advanced privilege system which allows internationalization of online product orders. Franchisees will order their coffee beans and other products on the system, which tracks over £300,000 worth of orders per month.
