RHM bakeries, a division of Premiere Foods, wanted a centralized solution to help control the process of producing packaging for their various products.

The system allows them to manage the design, approval, budget and distribution of their packaging across various presitigeously branded customers, including Marks & Spencer and Sainsbury's.

Magnet Harlequin contracted Arc to capture this client's requirements and business process accurately and translate this into an online tool. Arc was also responsible for project management, technical architecture and outsource managment on this project.

The system is currently in it's third year of production and we continue to provide life-cycle support and maintenance.
